How can I place an order?
You can place your order by filling out the form available here. Make sure to select your preferred design and provide all the necessary details.

Can I customize my shoes?
Yes, we offer custom shoes for both individual and corporate clients. The price of custom shoes depends on the design. You can select the customization option in the order form here or send us an email at solangelsus@gmail.com

 

Personalization Process

How does the customization process work?
Once you choose the customization option, we will contact you for an initial conversation. During this conversation, we will discuss all the details you desire, including colors, sizing, corporate colors, and any specific ideas you may have.
Based on your ideas, we will create a sketch of the design following our unique artistic style.

You are entitled to a maximum of three changes to the sketch.
Once you approve the final sketch, we will proceed to paint your shoes.
Finally, we will send you the customized shoes once they are ready.

We accept several secure payment methods including PayPal, Revolut, MBway, Bank Transfer.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping via CTT Portugal. Shipping within the European Union is free of charge.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. Typically, shipments within Portugal take 2-5 business days. International shipments may take 3-15 business days.

 

Care and Maintenance

What kind of paint do you use for shoes?
We use special fabric paint that is durable and wash-resistant.

 

Are the shoes washable?
Yes, the shoes are washable. To ensure your shoes keep their design in top condition for longer, please follow the recommended care instructions.

 

How should I clean my hand painted shoes?
Shoes should be washed with a toothbrush and mild soap. Avoid soaking shoes and do not dry them in the sun.

 

How should I clean white shoes?
To clean white shoes, we recommend using a mixture of baking soda and soap and water. Apply the mixture to the shoes and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then, brush gently with a toothbrush. Rinse with plenty of cold water and let dry in the shade.
